Rat Proofing or Rodent Exclusion is the process in which
a structure is modified to prevent Rats or Mice from
entering.
The process Rat Busters uses is
as follows:
1. Identify the Rodent
2. Inspect the Exterior of the structure to identify
entry points
3. Inspect the property (yard) for evidence of rodent
activity
4. Repair all access points on the exterior of the
structure
5. Place traps in attic space and or sub-area
6. Service traps until all Rats or Mice are removed.
Common entry points on a
structure:
1. Sub-access doors
2. Sub-area vents
3. Pipe holes
4. Gaps at bottom of doors
5. Roof vents
6. Roof junctions
